Food, Glorious Food
To me, all food is sacred and the source, from which it comes, in whatever form, is to be revered and honoured. If we are all a reflection of love, then food is love and we in turn are love.
I am not here to turn the world raw, vegetarian or vegan. I am here to help you to remember who you are, and to return home to love, to heart, to joy and deep peace once more and to be conscious of what you are eating. One of the ways I love to do this is to embark on a journey through food with you.
Wherever possible I use organic, fresh produce that has been chosen for its simplicity, beauty and grace; food is here to nourish and bring healing light to your body, to sustain you and fuel you.

My raw and whole food cooking classes demonstrate how easy it is to incorporate delicious, nutrient dense, seasonally available food into your life.
Wherever I can I source organic or bio-dynamic food to give you a taste of how good food should be. Yes, you get to taste in my classes - I want to you be inspired to take away what you learn and make the recipes yourself. Fermentation
The gut is the brain of the body and needs to be healthy and balanced with good flora. We are stripped of our good ‘bugs’ as well as the nasty ones every time one takes antibiotics and other ‘medicines’. Eating fermented foods and drinking fermented drinks like kefir and elixirs, will introduce beneficial bacteria into your digestive system and help restore the balance of bacteria in your digestive system.

You can use it in your smoothies, raw chocolate, raw fudge and bliss balls and so much more. You can add the cacao nibs or beans to your trail mix and you can make yummy raw cakes with it.

Food as Medicine
Many people are so far removed from their natural state of being; out of harmony and balance with the turning of the seasons, lunar rhythms, and true harvest times. We take what we can get and follow the ‘images’ and fall prey to fast foods, and nutrient defunct meals.
Most people are starving, thirsty and exhausted. Most people do not even know what foods are in season and when. Our supermarkets stock most everything all year round, to meet the insatiable needs of the world view of ‘what I want, I want now’.
